Modification
A modification is a legal process that allows for the making of changes to existing court orders, judgments, or other legal mandates issued by a court. Below are some examples of modification actions.
Child custody modification
Request to change the provisions in the order concerning which person has the right to make important decisions for the child.

Request to change the provisions in the order concerning possession and access.
